NeoCon 2024 - Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Description of Giveaway
Via online method only, entrants will have the opportunity to win one Woodland Creature Hare or an Unity Side Table. Entrants must complete the questionnaire or voice recording to apply. Entries will be accepted starting at 9 a.m. CST on June 10, 2024 until 5 p.m. CST on June 12, 2024. Two prizes will be given away in total during the “Promotional Period”. No purchase necessary.
Eligibility
The Mantra Inspired Furniture® NeoCon® giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Mantra Inspired Furniture®, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this Giveaway, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Giveaway Timing
The Giveaway entry period begins on June 10, 2024, at 9:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST) and ends on June 12, 2024, at 4:00 PM CST ("Giveaway Period").
How to Enter

Online Entry: Participants may complete the online questionnaire provided by Sponsor to receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway during the Giveaway Period.

In-Person Entry: Participants may visit Sponsor's booth at NeoCon 2024 and complete a live voice recording as directed by Sponsor to receive four (4) entries into the Giveaway during the Giveaway Period.
Prize and Retail Value
Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winners will receive either of the following prizes:

One (1) Unity side table

One (1) EarthPly Woodland Creature wall decor
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted by Sponsor within five (5) business days following the end of the Giveaway Period. The selected winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Claim
To claim the prize, the selected winner must provide their full name, mailing address, and any other requested information within the specified time frame. Failure to provide such information may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Giveaway.

The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered.

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
Release
By participating in the Giveaway, participants release Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
